My name is Tim – My Mission: Evaluate and understand your unique Medicare and insurance needs. Find a plan that meets your budget and health requirements. After having a Medicare consultation, my clients will have confidence in their Medicare decisions finding the best path to follow.

Born in Cedar Rapids, IA, the second-largest city in Iowa, I moved to Omaha when I was six. I grew up in a fairly large family of four boys and two sisters. Educated in Catholic schools: St. Pius Elementary and Roncalli High school. After high school, I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a Bachelor’s degree in science.

While studying for my bachelor’s degree at UNO, I worked for a credit card processing company by the name of First Data Resources for twenty years. I learned how to budget my time wisely in regard to pursuing my degree and paying for my education. After earning my bachelor’s degree, I was promoted at First Data to a programmer and finally earned the position of Application Architect. After leaving First Data, I worked as a stockbroker for TD Ameritrade for eleven years. I really enjoyed the customer contact and solving client problems, and educating my clients on the world of researching and trading stocks. After years of working as a stockbroker, I wanted to help people and own my own business. As a result, I ended up here at Bridlewood.

In preparation for having my own agency, I worked for a small company, Senior Market Sales. I helped people who were turning 65 determine if it made economic sense for them to stay on their current companies’ current group health insurance or move over entirely to Medicare. Further, helping my clients determine if it made sense for them to add additional supplemental insurance or move over to the Medicare Advantage plan.
Recently my father passed away, and as a result, I now enjoy taking care of my mother, who is 82 years old, and her two dogs, George and Gisele, both Schnauzer and Poodle mix. I have over twelve nieces and nephews and have now started attending their children’s weddings.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time listening to audiobooks, hiking, fishing, movies, dining out, and watching the Husker football games.

Kim has her Paralegal Associates Degree.  She has also owned her own insurance agency, American Family Ins Agency, and has been a licensed insurance agent for over 20 years.  Prior to insurance, she was a Mortgage Loan Officer and a Title Insurance Agent.  Kim and her husband, Roger, started with Bridlewood Insurance in 2019.  They chose to work with Bridlewood based on the way that the owners, Jeff and Kim Wetzel, aligned with their goals, both personally and professionally. We were very impressed with their support of us and their progressive advertising/marketing ideas and options.

Kim says she loves educating the Senior population and truly helping them navigate the very complicated Medicare and Medicare Supplement process.  She likes being the person they know they can call and get a return phone call and their questions answered. Also knowing that most Seniors live on a fixed budget, she enjoys being able to offer products that can save them money, provide additional areas of coverage and allow for more disposable income on a monthly basis.

Kim was born and raised in Southeast Nebraska in a town of 79 people. Her entire family still lives there, while she lives in Madison, SD (just north of Sioux Falls approximately 45 miles) on Lake Madison. I have lived in South Dakota for over 25 years, with her husband Roger, who is also a Medicare Agent.  Yes, they do work together and spend 24/7 with each other.  Believe it or not they have worked together for about 11 years, and have been married for 9 years. Kim has 1 son that is going to school in Hamilton, Alabama and is studying to become a Minister and is also in the Army National Guard as a Military Policeman.  She enjoys scrapbooking, gardening, yoga, zumba,  her “Active & Ageless” exercise classes, walking, boating, jet skiing, entertaining friends & family at the lake, and 4-wheeler riding in the Blackhills of South Dakota.

Roger has several degrees, including an Associate’s degree in Agriculture from Mankato Vo-Tech, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Real Estate from Minnesota State University.  He has worked for well over a decade for Amerigroup Financial, LLC, which is an independent insurance marketing company contracted to sell a wide variety of insurance products.  Roger specializes in products for Medicare beneficiaries, including Medicare Advantage plans and Medicare Supplement plans.

Roger came to work at Bridlewood Insurance through a rather unusual way.  He grew up in the same small town in Minnesota, as Bridlewood’s President and CEO, Jeffry Wetzel.  Jeff shared with him how the Medicare business works and how it has treated him well, and so Roger decided to add those Medicare products to the portfolio of offerings for their clients.  He really loves potentially saving hundreds of dollars a month for people that are on a very low, fixed income and really need his help.

Born and raised in Waterville, Minnesota, Roger moved to Phoenix, AZ after college, and then moved to Madison, South Dakota in 2012.  His wife, Kim, also works with Amerigroup Financial and Bridlewood Insurance Services.  Kim and Roger were married in 2012, and Kim’s son Dylan, is also a Medicare agent.  The only professional sports Roger like to watch is UFC and Nascar.  His favorite hobbies are flying, trail riding with their UTV, boating and anything to do with cars.  He loves speed!!

After educating clients on the basics of Medicare, I take the guesswork out of selecting the most comprehensive plan for their needs.

I love to travel and experience the world and different cultures. I am a fan of Husker Volleyball and have a passion for basketball from my former years of coaching. I also enjoy golf, fitness and health, hunting, and fishing.

I have lived in Nebraska with my family my entire life. My oldest son is a member of the National Guard, my daughter plans to go to Medical School, and my third child still lives at home. I am blessed to have three grandchildren and one more on the way!

My roots are strong and deeply planted on the open plains of North Dakota. I grew up in a small rural community on a multigenerational farm, where we raised various crops, beef cattle and horses. The farm taught me the value of hard work, integrity and working together. At age 16, I began my mission to serve people, in the local café as a cook. I loved seeing the locals and meeting new visitors as they traveled through the area.

My first career was Cosmetology, before jumping with both feet into health care. Completing 144 credits in two years I earned my Respiratory Care Practitioner degree, specializing in critical care, taking care of the COPD patients and all patients from 24-week gestation preemie to the special geriatric people that frequented our hospital, and became friends of mine.

I am proud to say I have over 30 years of experience in health care. I am board certified in Sleep Medicine, and LOVE providing care. I understand the importance of health care and being insured with appropriate medical coverage, consistent with your needs. Medicare does NOT need to be complicated…Let me “COACH” you.

During all my studies, I still had time to meet the man of my dreams, we have surpassed our 35-year anniversary and have grown a family of two lovely boys, who are now stepping up to the family plate, along with their beautiful wives and have given me the best title of all, “Gigi”.
I love to travel, especially to warm places, with North Dakota roots, my tree seems to be a palm tree.

Ethan has been selling Medicare for almost 3 years now, but he has been in Health insurance prior to that, starting out with Life, Cancer, and Accident Insurance.  He branched into Medicare insurance because he felt the need to help those people navigate through their health insurance, which could truly change their life.  Ethan is eager to help his clients find the best plan to meet their needs while saving them money and giving them peace of mind.  He also speaks with his clients about Cancer and Heart Attack insurance, because he knows how devastating financially it could be in the event that either of these occurs.  He enjoys the fact that being a Medicare agent means he can make his own schedule, which frees up time for him to travel with his wife.  Ethan feels Bridlewood has an amazing support system for their agents and members and is excellent at making an agent feel welcomed and motivated.

He currently resides in Sherman, Texas with his wife, Tiana.  They have been together since May of 2015 and recently got married on Christmas eve of 2020.  They have two cats named Benji and Sterling, and they are their entire world.  Ethan enjoys watching football (San Francisco 49’ers!), watching westerns, and reading.  He and Tiana also enjoy playing Monopoly and Scrabble.

Jordan is from Oklahoma, born and raised. He studied at the University of Oklahoma for Bio-PreMedicine and Business Administration and has his Insurance License for Life, Health, Accident & Sickness.

He decided to work with this prestigious company, Bridlewood Insurance, in early June 2022. This group of individuals has shown him dedication, and bright morals in always putting the medicare members first. He values this above all others and continues to look up to the leaders in this group.

Jordan’s favorite part of this job is meeting individuals, getting to hear their stories, and putting a smile on their face. My name is Caitlyn Vu; Prior to joining Bridlewood Insurance, I was with another agency for two years. During those two years, I struggled and did not know what to do to succeed in the field. In 2017, I met Denice Merrill, who is my current upline with Bridlewood Insurance. Denice and Bridlewood have taught me so much in the Medicare business as well as their ongoing support to get to where I am today. My area of specialty within Medicare Insurance would be that I go above and beyond my call and duty as an agent to service my clients. My favorite part of this job is that I don’t see myself as a salesperson like how I used to when I was in the banking world. I see myself more like a consultant who helps clients choose the right health plan that meets their needs.

I was born in Vietnam, and my family Immigrated to America in 03/1995. I grew up in San Diego and moved to Orange County after I got married. Recently, my family moved to Texas, and we have been living here since.

My husband’s name is Matthew Nguyen, and we have been married for 11 years. We have two beautiful daughters, Grace and Allyson.

I love to cook and bake. I like to watch Korean dramas and TV shows during my spare time.
