After college, Carol decided on a career in Insurance. With more than 43 years of experience as a Life, Health & Accident agent, she is licensed in CA (resident state) and AZ, TX, MI, TN, ID and WA. She handles all lines of Medicare, including Medicare Supplement, Advantage and Prescription Drug plans. Carol loves educating people, so insurance has been a wonderful fit for her. She decided to come to Bridlewood Insurance after a colleague, Denice Merrill, introduced her to the agency.
Although Carol was born in Arizona, she has lived in California since she was 11 years old. Recently married to her wonderful husband, Hugo, they love dining, attending plays and travel.
Glenn has a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration from Arizona State University. He has 9 years of experience in the financial wellness industry as a Wealth Management Advisor, CDFA® (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst), and also holds his Series 65, and his Life & Health Insurance licenses. He received the NAIFA-LA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) Agent of the Year, 9 consecutive years. Glenn specializes in Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. He joined Bridlewood Insurance, after talking with his colleague, Alvin Para, about the great support and training they provide their agents.
Glenn’s favorite part of his business is providing people with better financial outcomes. Medicare is a big decision that is made too complicated and he is there to help his clients wade through the mountains of mailers and flyers they receive, and make sense of it all. He was a college football player and a youth sports coach for 10 years, and has adopted and implemented a “Coach Approach” to his advisory practice. Glenn is there for his clients for all the right reasons, including guiding people to a better outcome and promising they will be well-satisfied if they put their faith in him. He prides himself in being able to explain concepts without using industry jargon; rather using a sports or life experience analogy.
Glenn’s dad was a Colonel in the US Army, so he figures that makes him an “Army Brat”. He was born in Seattle, and went on to play Friday Night Lights football in Texas, and moved on to college football at Arizona State University. He now reside in La Crescenta, CA in LA County. Glenn is newly married to his lovely bride, Zivile Dailydiene Crawford, and they have 4 kids between them and a French Bulldog named Marley. In his leisure time, he loves playing guitar – he has 26 of them!! He also loves to work out and watch sports, especially pro-football. He is truly passionate about watching his son, who plays football for the Cal Bears, which is his alma-mater. Additionally, he is a huge believer in personal development.
Gabriel attended Cal State Fullerton. He has 25 plus years in the Insurance industry as a Farmer’s Agent, Medicare Agent and also offering Life and Commercial lines of insurance. Gabriel began his Medicare career with Bridlewood about 5 years ago, and loves the excellent agent support and marketing they offer. He offers Medicare Advantage plans in Orange County, San Diego and LA County. He really believes in taking care of his clients as if they were his own family members, and if you do then the clients will take care of you! He bilingual, which is a tremendous asset to a Medicare agent, and opens up a whole new group of clients he can serve.
Gabriel’s favorite pastimes are traveling, tennis, taking adventures, chess and languages.
Paul graduated in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton. He has more than 10 years experience in Health and Medicare insurance. He has received recognition by earning both the Chairman’s Club and Top Producing Agent, due to referral business and building strong relationships with his clients. Paul is passionate about helping his clients understand the complexities of Medicare, while providing affordable solutions for coverage.

Scott received his BA at Cal State University, Chico, with a broadcast journalism major. He has been Insurance licensed since 2006, and is Life, Annuity, Health, Medicare and Long-Term Care certified. Scott specializes in those people who are Turning 65, and those who are over 65, who are still employed or with a working spouse. Besides assisting seniors with their Medicare needs, he can help clients navigate through their Social Security options.
Scott was attracted to Bridlewood because he felt their organization was comprised of good people, one of his best friends has made a home here, and he likes to work with positive people with good attitudes and the right approach to their career. He feels he is constantly in learning mode so he can better serve his clients, and on the flip side, feels he learns so much from his clients along the way. Even with the rigorous training and certifications he must complete, he believes he learns something new with each client interaction.
Scott has lived in multiple locations throughout Southern California, and is currently enjoying life in Long Beach, which provides convenient access to LA, OC and North County San Diego. Originally from New Jersey, he appreciates so many things about our country – literally, from coast to coast. Scott has been married to his wife, Kim, for 30 years and they share three amazing, young adult daughters. He is a music lover, photographer, car guy and author. He truly enjoys traveling with the whole family, which is very high on his list of things to do in his spare time!
Michael received his undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara and his graduate degree at USC Marshall School of Business. He has over 25 years as a licensed agent, and is President of the Lanterman Insurance Agency. He has also been a Vice President of Sales at USI National Insurance Brokerage, a National Practice Leader for Kaiser Permanente Small Group and Individual Sales, as well as Director Kaiser Permanent California Sales. Michael specializes in Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. Recently, he was looking for an insurance agency to affiliate with for his annual training, marketing and other support, and decided to join Bridlewood Insurance. He values helping clients choose the absolute right option for their supplemental insurance, as he knows how important a step that is for them.
Michael was born in Pasadena and raised in West Los Angeles. He has been living in Long Beach since 1990. He also served in the US Army Special Forces (Green Berets) from 1987 – 2001. His wife Roberta and he recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. They met in Santa Barbara while attending college there. They have two sons, Kyle and John, along with their German shepard, Stella. When he has some time off, you can probably find Michael biking, surfing, or taking long walks with his lovely wife and dog.
Gary is originally from Vallejo in Northern California, but has lived in Laguna Niguel, for the past 29 years. He attended California State University at Chico, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Management. Gary has over 20 years experience in the Aerospace and petro-chemical process industries, working with high temperature and corrosion resistant alloys. His most recent position was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Gary has also been a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent for more than 12 years. He has owned several businesses, including an anti-aging business and Living Healthy Technologies, a distributor of air and water purification technology products. Also he is a founding partner in a medical electronic device start up.
When deciding where to build his Medicare business, he chose Bridlewood because it came highly recommended to him by his colleagues. When Gary did his own research, he stated he was impressed with Bridlewood’s professionalism, and the tools and creativity they provide to help their agents. Above all, he stated that Bridlewood’s character is what he noticed the most, because of their client-centric culture, which lined up perfectly with his beliefs.
Gary specializes in Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans and Prescription Drug Plans. His favorite part of his job is helping people understand clearly what options they have and helping to educate them on the benefits available to them, and at the same time guiding them on how to avoid penalties. He also loves listening to people and hearing what is important to them so he can then help direct them in selecting the plans that works best for their health needs, medications and finances.
Gary has been married to Laura for 34 years and they have 2 great kids, Rachel and Jason. Rachel is 29 and recently earned her Master’s Degree from San Francisco Conservatory of Music in Vocal Performance-Classical Opera. Their son Jason (21) is a Junior at San Diego State University. They also have Jasmine, their 15-year-old Bichon Frise, that still acts like a puppy. Gary enjoys playing pickle-ball, cooking, mentoring, public speaking and reading. Gary was involved for many years as a Big Brother with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Orange County, as well as being a Scout leader.
Cathy has had a successful career in Medicare since 1991. She enjoys helping eligible seniors find and enroll in plans that suit their personal needs by getting them Doctors, Hospitals and finding their Medications for as low as $0 for a 90 day supply. Cathy has 25 years experience working with Medicare and helping people turning 65. In general, my initial assignment included aiding in a seasonal project, by registering qualified voters in our efforts to gain the support from various State of California on the ballot initiatives with successful measures. The additional task included demonstrating proficient leadership skills, by effectively communicating with upper management while aiding in the process of hiring, training, and promoting team concepts, in the interim of managing a support team of twenty employees.

A seasonal position that required having the responsibilities of hiring, training, and managing a staff of twelve; full and part-time employees. As a result, our system included establishing and managing an efficient and profitable photo studio with an effective line of communication between upper management and the general staff, while successfully monitoring all aspects of the Christmas portrait studio daily activity for the Santa Anita, California Mall. Originally from the Mid-West, born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he is the second oldest of six siblings. After graduation from high school, from 1977-1984 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and honorably served with the 1st Marine Air Wing Division, in Tustin and El Toro, California, Okinawa Japan, and on the aircraft carrier, – the USS Peleliu during the Beirut Lebanon conflict. Currently, Edward resides in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rhonda of 15 years and their blended family members; that include six young men, four young women, and 12 grandchildren.
Edward enjoys viewing classic (Black and White) films and engaging in a challenging game of chess. When time allows, he and his wife and or their loved one(s) take pleasure in walks on the beach, visiting art galleries, museums, attending musical and stage productions, sporting events, and traveling. One of his favorite past times; was the moment he surprised his wife with a weekend getaway to San Diego, which included attending a football game when the San Diego Chargers played his favorite team the Green Bay Packers with seats behind the end-zone.
