Clare Burley was born in Chicago and moved a lot as a young child, with her family finally settling in Colorado when she was 6 years old, where she has lived ever since. Clare made the decision to work for Bridlewood Insurance as a Medicare agent because of her dear friend and team member, Mataya, who had only positive things to say about Bridlewood and its culture of “client first”. She wanted to be a part of a great, supportive team and she feels very grateful for the opportunity to join Bridlewood, and has truly enjoyed every minute of her time with this company!  She loves meeting new people and helping them, as well as being involved in her community. It is important to Clare that she builds strong relationships with her clients, and is someone that people can rely on.

She studied Business Management and Interior Design at Arapahoe Community College and Metro State. Throughout her career, she co-founded Hottie Rob’s Mobile Eats, LLC (food truck), and Demos by Davi, LLC. She has also held many corporate roles, which include company trainer, Director of Social Media Marketing, Customer Relations, Account Management, cook, event planner, and Community Relations. She has helped to increase sales for over 250 different brands in the Natural Product Industry. For 11 years she also worked as a Corporate Trainer & Merchandiser at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. In this role, she traveled to all store locations and assisted in training new management/staff, assisted managers in achieving expected sales goals, and oversaw merchandising departments.

Clare is married to Robert and has been with him for 11 years, and they have been married for 5. Clare has a wonderful 19-year-old stepson and an amazing little girl who is 20 months old.  Clare feels her home wouldn’t be complete without her sweet fur babies – she has 1 dog and 2 kitties!  She loves to be near the ocean, but since there is no ocean in Colorado, Clare settles for her state’s beautiful lakes and breathtaking mountains. Any time she’s not working, you will find her packing up her little one and the dog and hitting the trails.  She loves to be outside soaking up Colorado’s amazing sunshine and gorgeous scenery as much as possible. She is also a photographer and enjoys working with children and families to capture their special memories.

I’m a born and raised California girl. I came to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado, and decided to call Colorado officially “home,” ever since. My background is in communication and people are my true passion. I was introduced to the Medicare world by a good friend, I fell in love with the industry and the rest is history. Over 14 years later, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of seniors, educating and helping them find a solid insurance plan to fit their needs, worked with countless physicians, community partners and senior communities, and loved every minute. I am licensed in over 35 states to expand the knowledge and service to as many seniors as I can possibly help.

I love it when that “light bulb” goes on when working with a client, as they connect the dots of Medicare and are empowered to make their health plan decision. I keep in touch with many of my clients on a personal level and love watching their families grow with grandchildren and being their advocate when life happens or changes with their health.

I decided to branch off from a large carrier to become a broker and start my own agency in 2019 and connected deeply with the Bridlewood morals, values, and philosophy when it comes to the client-focused approach and personal touch. It has been one of the best career decisions and I love the relationships and possibilities it has provided. I am so grateful to get to do what I do, and love what I do every single day.

I married my husband Brian in 2015 we have 2 little boys, Braxton (4) and Brooks (2). They keep me on my toes and will always be my “why” for creating a legacy of significance. They bring so much joy and love and remind me what life is truly about. We love to travel, play golf and give back to our community as much as possible.

Steve Cox is a licensed Insurance Broker/Agent in Colorado and Arizona. After 7 years working with only UnitedHealthCare, Steve moved to Bridlewood Insurance Services which allows him to offer products to his clients from all the insurance companies, rather than just one. He came to Bridlewood after receiving a recruiting call from the CEO, Jeff Wetzel. Steve asked around, and after multiple conversations with prior co-workers who had moved to Bridlewood, he realized that they have a fantastic reputation for agent support and customer service.

Barbie’s areas of specialty are Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans. Her philosophy is “sales and service” – if you provide excellent service, the sales and success will follow.

Barbie is a Colorado Native, resides in Thornton, and has been married to her husband, Tom, for 24 years.

Barbie is an avid sports fan. She raised her two favorite athletes: one is a collegiate football player and the other, a H.S. triple-jumper. She and her husband are their biggest fans. She is a sucker for singing competition shows and has never met a cat she didn’t love.

Craig loves being able to help people in Colorado understand all their Medicare insurance plan options, educating his clients on all plans and clearing up their confusion and answering their questions, and helping them enroll in the plan that’s right for them.  He attended the University of Colorado, where he received his BA in Political Science.  He then worked with Farmer’s Insurance for more than 15 years, and started his own agency, the Kirscht Insurance Agency, about 4 years ago.  Craig decided to work with Bridlewood Insurance, as he liked the attitude that came with Bridlewood and the people surrounding it.   He loves helping people and being a resource for them.  He also believes that integrity and dedication go a long way in the Medicare insurance business. Craig says that in all his years in the service industry, he prides himself on always going the extra mile for his clients. He plans on continuing that goal and philosophy.

Craig grew up in several different cities and states from California to Minnesota (YES! he is a die hard Vikings fan!)  He has lived in Colorado since he was 10 and now resides in Thornton for the past 23 years. He enjoys golfing and the beauty of Colorado, but being in Puerto Vallarta every once in a while is also great.  Craig has been married to his wife, Melody, for 23 years now.

Leora is a licensed Insurance Broker in 9 states: AZ, AR, CO, IA, MT, NE, TX, WA, WY.  She came to Bridlewood when she met Jeff and Kim Wetzel back in 2015 and loved the energy and vision for their company. She was a gal with basically no Insurance background at the time and they were willing to take a chance on me. The training and support I have received from them has been, and continues to be, priceless. Thank you Jeff and Kim!

Leora is well-versed in Medicare Supplement, Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.  She works with almost all the major insurance carriers, so she can help personalize and find the most appropriate plan based on her client’s preferred doctors, medical groups and prescription drugs.  She will listen to all of your concerns and find out what things matter most to you, and then help you select the plan that will work best and cover all your needs.

In her spare time, Leora loves spending time with her grandkids. They are the laughter behind her smile.  Living in Colorado makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors, everything from hiking to golf.   She also has have roots in Montana and Washington state and travels there when time allows.

Eric currently resides in Pueblo, CO. He went to Southwestern HS in Flint Michigan and earned his B.A. in Psychology at Argosy University. Eric joined the US army in 1993, got his insurance license after he left the military. Eric loves his job because he loves helping people.

As an agent, Eric can walk you through what Medicare is, the different parts of Medicare, and what your options are for supplemental insurance to take care of costs that Medicare doesn’t cover. By going through the items that are important to you – who are your doctors, do you have specific health concerns you are dealing with, what prescription medications you are taking, do you travel or live in different areas of the state or country, etc. – Eric can help educate you on all the various plans that are available so that you can confidently make the choice of the most appropriate plan to meet your needs.

Mary attended the University of Colorado, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and has a minor in Business.  She has also been a licensed health insurance agent, specializing in Medicare for over a decade.  Mary loves assisting people navigate the process of enrolling in Medicare, as well as helping them select the right supplemental plan for their particular needs.  She offers a full range of Medicare Supplement plans, Advantage plans and Part D Prescription Drug plans, with all the major carriers.

Mary decided to join Bridlewood Insurance in 2018, so that she could offer a more robust portfolio of products to her clients.  She now has a diverse selection of Medicare products with multiple insurance companies to offer, so that as her senior client’s needs evolve, she can make sure their Medicare plan is keeping up with the changes they are experiencing.  As the founder of her agency, Mary is proud to say that she runs her business on integrity and service. Her passion is the educational side of Medicare. She has a way of taking the complex lingo of Medicare & translating it. Offering Educational talks around the Denver Metro area, assisting those on Medicare, those helping others on Medicare, and those approaching their eligibility into Medicare. There is no such thing as “one plan fits all”, therefore taking the time to custom tailor coverage for each client is her favorite part of the job.

Having been born and raised in Colorado, Mary has lived in Broomfield, CO for the past five years. When not working, Miss Mary enjoys yoga, live concerts, and hiking with her 4 year old rescue pup named Bentley.  As a native of Colorado, she loves exploring the beauty of her home state but she also travels as much as she can. Her favorite destinations have been New Zealand, China, and Switzerland…..(so far). Her bucket list still has items like parasailing, hiking Machu Picchu, and seeing the Northern Lights.

Danielle attended University of Phoenix where she received her bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and a minor in Art History in 2003. She received her master’s degree in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix in 2011.

Danielle spent 9 years in various service roles at Stapp Interstate Toyota. She worked at Azura Living for 7 years where she helped with accounting, HR and a main role in the payroll department.

Danielle just started with Bridlewood Insurance after encouragement from her great friend Mary Hansen! She is excited to help people navigate the world of Medicare and help them decide what is best for them.

Growing up in Denver, Danielle has lived in CO her entire life. She has been with to her husband Ryan for 16 years and have 5 kids- Wesley, Abbey, Kiley, Lily and Audrey. They always have a revolving door of fun pets- dogs, cats, turtles, fish, chickens, rats, hermit crabs- so that keeps life interesting.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, gardening, and cooking. She got a pizza oven last year, so she has been working hard on mastering the art of a wood fired pizza- homemade dough and pizza sauce as well!

Barbara has spent over 40 years in the insurance industry, with 30 of those years in health insurance. She began her career at GEICO in 1981, and in 1991, she began working at Mercer Consulting, where she remained for twenty-five years. While her experience includes advertising, retirement consulting, compliance, and accounting, her major focus is health insurance.

In 2019, Barbara decided to shift gears from corporate benefits consulting to working with small businesses and one-on-one with individuals, assisting them in finding the most compatible insurance plan(s) for their particular needs. She now enjoys working more directly with people and is delighted she made the career change.

Barbara offers individual, family, and small business health insurance plans; dental and vision coverage; critical illness; disability income; international medical travel; hospital indemnity insurance; and all the Medicare options: Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans. She works with a number of insurance companies, so she is able to offer various plan options.

Barbara has a passion for helping and educating people about health insurance, making sure they understand what they are purchasing, and providing information so they can confidently make the best choice for themselves.

Barbara began with Bridlewood Insurance in January 2021. She joined Bridlewood because of their strong company culture, being in a cohesive group of knowledgeable professionals, and belonging to the best Medicare team in Colorado.

Moving from Illinois to Colorado as a young girl, Barbara is incredibly grateful for her parents’ decision to move because she loves where she lives along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. She has two grown children and four grandchildren who live near her. She also has two Shih-Poo dogs, brother and sister, who keep her quite entertained.

In her spare time, Barbara enjoys family time, church, walking her dogs, exercising, reading, crafts, horseback riding, swimming, and eating chocolate.
