David has an Associates degree in Technology.  He has a successful financial services practice, offering 403B and IRA retirement investments, focusing on teachers and others wanting to save for retirement above and beyond what their company retirement/pension plan offers. David holds both his Series 66 and Series 7 securities licenses, and has his Life, Health, and Property & Casualty Insurance licenses.  He recently decided to add Medicare planning to the portfolio of products he offers.

David decided to partner with Bridlewood Insurance, after speaking with the President and the Recruiting Director, and finding that their attitude about “the client always comes first” aligned with his own viewpoint.  He enjoys helping people work toward their life goals, and really likes the idea of guiding them through the Medicare maze and helping them select a plan that is the most appropriate for them based on their health concerns, preferred doctors, and prescription drugs.

Originally from Silicon Valley, California, David moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas in 2014.  He served in the US Navy in the mid 1980’s.  David is an NHL Hockey fan, and had season tickets for the San Jose Sharks for the first 14 years of their existence, and then after the strike he gave up his tickets but still loves watching them on TV.  He now refers to them as the “Guppies”, because they haven’t won the Stanley Cup yet.  When they finally win it, he will recognize them as the Sharks.  In his spare time, David loves to travel, and has been to 6 of the 7 continents in the world!

Donnie has his Bachelor of Theology and received it from Evangelical Theological Seminary. He then went on to get his Master’s in Education as well as his Doctor of Ministry. Donnie is an Air Force veteran and has lived in Washington DC but currently resides in Killeen, Texas.

Donnie really takes pride in helping seniors and loves seeing them relieved in knowing that their short and long-term health and financial future are properly protected. He enjoys helping people and thinks it’s a great reward for the job.

Medicare Agent

Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from California State University at Long Beach in 1991. She has been in the insurance industry since 1999. She has also held her Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses, but retired them. Following a successful career in the financial services industry, in 2009, Michelle redirected her focus to helping seniors throughout 11 states, make smart decisions about their Medicare options. She now specializes in educating and advising seniors through the maze of Medicare Supplements and Advantage plans.  If you are coming off employer group coverage for the first time after age 65, she is your expert.  She can email you the Medicare Forms you need to fill out BEFORE you head to Social Security.

Michelle decided to work with Bridlewood because she had heard how amazing the training and the people at Bridlewood were. She loves that there is a team to support her growth and to flourish. Their support makes it easy for her to make your experience wonderful. Michelle
loves to help people find exactly the right plan for their lifestyle and budget. She wants to find you the plan that “fits” and to make it easy for you, and she wants you to be so happy with how easy it was that you can’t stop telling your friends how awesome the experience was. Her greatest achievement is when a client refers their friend or family member to her. Michelle’s motto is “Always treat each client the way I would want my parents and grandparents to be treated.”

Michelle has lived all over the world. Her father was in the Army and later he went to work in the oil and gas industry. She was born in Italy and has lived in Germany, Singapore, and Malaysia, as well as all over the United States. She and her husband Mike currently live outside San Antonio TX.  Mike is retired from law enforcement and now is her executive executive. He helps Michelle with all of the everyday functions of running the agency. They have been married since 1994 and have 2 sons.  She loves to read, play bingo, kayak, and go hiking. She is also a collector of vintage and antique costume jewelry, brooches in particular.

Ron Reeder decided to join Bridlewood Insurance after hearing about Bridlewood through an associate who is the Colorado Regional Director, Sharie Rutherford. He knows Sharie to be a smart, hard-working agent with integrity, and he really liked the enthusiasm and high regard she has for Bridlewood, and the great support structure they offer their agents and clients. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and has over 20 years of experience assisting clients – both those who are turning 65 and those who have been on Medicare for years.

Nina has over a decade in the insurance industry, but expanded her business to include Medicare about 4 years ago.  She specializes in Medicare Advantage and Supplement and Prescription Drug Plans.  Since she had previously been writing group insurance, this made for a very easy transition when someone on a group plan aged in to Medicare. Nina enjoys the great comradery at Bridlewood insurance, and is hoping to use their support and training to get more involved with military veterans.

Nina went to college at Colorado State University, and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing.  She loves how with Medicare she is always learning new things, and she feels gratified by the challenges that come her way and helping her clients overcome them.  She is not a “high-pressure salesperson”, she just wants to help her clients know what all their options are, so they can feel confident in the decision they make about their Medicare plans.

Originally from Parker county, Nina is currently a resident in Parker.  Her parents moved to Parker in 1981, and she has never left.  She admits she hates the snow, but her familial roots are too deep to move somewhere warmer.  Nina is married to Zeb, whom she knew in high school, but didn’t start dating until after they graduated.  They will soon be celebrating their 10 year wedding anniversary.  They have two children, a boy (8) and a girl (5).  They also have 25 chickens, several cats and a dog.  In her free time, Nina enjoys reading or audio books, watching her kids participate in various sports and on the weekends their family loves to go hiking, camping and boating.

Cindy Rinehart has 10 years experience as a Medical Tech, 20+ years in Medical Sales and 10 years working in Medicare Sales. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. Cindy considered becoming a broker when she realized that as a captive agent for just one Medicare insurance company, she was limiting her clients choices, which was not always in their best interest.

In 2018 she decided to move forward and reached out to Sharie Rutherford, a Bridlewood Agent Manager, and discussed her interest in joining Bridlewood Insurance Services. Her passion is “educating”, and she loves helping seniors understand what Medicare is and how it works and helping them “navigate” through the process of selecting the best health care plan for their particular needs.

Cindy was born and raised in Kansas. She moved to Colorado in 1994 and has lived there ever since. She has 2 grown children and no grandkids. In her free time, she likes to play tennis, golf, Pilates, walking and reading.

Kara has been a Colorado resident for 30 years and loves all the wonderful things that living here brings with it, especially the three-hundred days of sunshine! She enjoys a deep love for and connection to animals, nature, science, and the arts. She loves spending time with her dogs, her family, and her friends.

Kara has a long history of providing her clients with exceptional and outstanding service. She loves building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with people, and her mission is to ensure everyone she works with feels that she completely understands their goals and priorities, and that if a problem does arise, she is a telephone call away to assist.

Alexis grew up in Northern California, then lived in Spokane, WA while attending Gonzaga University.  She was on the women’s collegiate Crew Team where they won the West Coast Conference 4 years in a row.  Alexis then moved to San Francisco to earn her MBA at the University of San Francisco.

Alexis currently lives in Parker, CO (moved from SF in 2015). Her and her husband Nathan have been married for 13 years and have two children – daughter Avery (10) and son Owen (7).  They also have two pups, a chocolate lab, Nittany (Nathan went to Penn State) and a Bulldog Mogul. Alexis and Nathan love to ski in the winters and golf in the summer – their kids keep them busy, but they love sharing the world with them.

Alexis was a Platinum Producer with United Healthcare 2022, a Top Producing Agent at IHA 2020-2022 and joined Bridlewood Insurance in 2022. Alexis joined Bridlewood because of the environment of inclusion and the fact that they support the success of their agents, it is a real team effort.

Alexis loves educating people on the complexities of Medicare and helping them navigate the best option for them.  She partners with Financial Advisors on education and helping their clients as they transition to retirement and Medicare.

Alexis tells all her clients to think of her as their “Medicare Concierge”, she is not just an enrollment agent, she creates a partnership with her clients for a lifetime.

Leigh attended Arapahoe Community College and studied photography and psychology. She previously worked in the Natural Foods/Beauty industry for over 13 years. She loved learning the industry and working with the products but then soon became a mother and shifted her focus to her family. She is a Colorado native, grew up in Morrison, Colorado, and slowly moved further north as the years went on.

Her lifelong friend joined Bridlewood years ago and after hearing so much positive feedback about the hiring process and the amount of support the agents are able to give their clients, Leigh knew she had to make the switch. She loves that the industry is here to help people find the best plan for their life. It makes Leigh very happy to be able to offer her services to clients who may not have known that those benefits were available.

Leigh has been with her husband, Rob, for 22 years now. They have three children, Rylind (15), Liam (13), and Morrigan (9). They also have a great Pyrenees Mix named Winter, and a Tabby named Evie. Leigh is a bit of a homebody and loves spending as much time as possible with her family. The activities they like to do together include cooking, baking, and planning their annual family trip in the Fall.

Clare Burley was born in Chicago and moved a lot as a young child, with her family finally settling in Colorado when she was 6 years old, where she has lived ever since. She studied Business Management and Interior Design at Arapahoe Community College and Metro State. Throughout her career, she co-founded Hottie Rob’s Mobile Eats, LLC (food truck), and Demos by Davi, LLC. She has also held many corporate roles, which include company trainer, Director of Social Media Marketing, Customer Relations, Account Management, cook, event planner, and Community Relations. She has helped to increase sales for over 250 different brands in the Natural Product Industry. For 11 years she also worked as a Corporate Trainer & Merchandiser at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. In this role, she traveled to all store locations and assisted in training new management/staff, assisted managers in achieving expected sales goals, and oversaw merchandising departments.

Clare made the decision to work for Bridlewood Insurance because of her dear friend and team member, Mataya, who had only positive things to say about Bridlewood and its culture of “client first”. She wanted to be a part of a great, supportive team and she feels very grateful for the opportunity to join Bridlewood, and has truly enjoyed every minute of her time with this company!  She loves meeting new people and helping them, as well as being involved in her community. It is important to Clare that she builds strong relationships with her clients, and is someone that people can rely on.

Clare is married to Robert and has been with him for 11 years, and they have been married for 5. Clare has a wonderful 19-year-old stepson and an amazing little girl who is 20 months old.  Clare feels her home wouldn’t be complete without her sweet fur babies – she has 1 dog and 2 kitties!  She loves to be near the ocean, but since there is no ocean in Colorado, Clare settles for her state’s beautiful lakes and breathtaking mountains. Any time she’s not working, you will find her packing up her little one and the dog and hitting the trails.  She loves to be outside soaking up Colorado’s amazing sunshine and gorgeous scenery as much as possible. She is also a photographer and enjoys working with children and families to capture their special memories.
