Carolyn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University at Dominguez Hills. She has experience in Medical Billing and Coding and received that education from United Education Institute. She was born and raised in California and has been residing in Carson California for over 20 years. Carolyn has over 35 years of customer service experience as well as 10 years in the Insurance Industry. Throughout those 10 years, she has managed two agencies in Inglewood and Gardena, California. She is also a current member of the South Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce as well as the Carson Chamber of Commerce.
After being introduced to Bridlewood, she was ready to join our team. She really appreciated all of the support she received while coming on board with Bridlewood. She wanted to give Medicare clients the best experience possible and would like to cater to any specific needs that they have. Tish has degrees in Business and Psychology and is a former Certified Nurses Assistant. She also has over 20 years of experience in Bank and Finance, Life and Health Insurance, customer service, sales, real estate and mortgage. She has been doing Medicare for several years, but was looking for an Agency to partner with that could help her with the training and support she needed to grow her business. That agency was Bridlewood Insurance. Tish’s philosophy is that she’s in the business of helping people.
She grew up in San Bernardino, CA and now lives in Santa Clarita, CA where she has been for 6 years. A former widow, Tish now has a fiance named David. They’ve been together for about 4 years. She also has two grown sons, and David has a grown daughter. In their time outside of work, she and David are Renaissance Faire re-enactors and design costumes and do art shows.

A seasonal position that required having the responsibilities of hiring, training, and managing a staff of twelve; full and part-time employees. Originally from the Mid-West, born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he is the second oldest of six siblings. After graduation from high school, from 1977-1984 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and honorably served with the 1st Marine Air Wing Division, in Tustin and El Toro, California, Okinawa Japan, and on the aircraft carrier, – the USS Peleliu during the Beirut Lebanon conflict. Currently, Edward resides in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rhonda of 15 years and their blended family members; that include six young men, four young women, and 12 grandchildren.
Edward enjoys viewing classic (Black and White) films and engaging in a challenging game of chess. When time allows, he and his wife and or their loved one(s) take pleasure in walks on the beach, visiting art galleries, museums, attending musical and stage productions, sporting events, and traveling. Jason has an Associates’s Degree in Business Administration from Santa Monica College. After over 15 years in sales, he decided to get involved with Medicare. He chose Bridlewood Insurance because of its extraordinary reputation for integrity amongst its agents and clients. Jason really enjoys being of service to people ages 65 and above. Being a people person, he feels great satisfaction applying his service for the sake of helping others.
Although he grew up in Farmington, Connecticut, Jason moved to Los Angeles County about 5 years ago, and now calls Southern California his home. He and his wife Amanda have been together for more than 10 years, and plan on starting a family soon. They live a very active lifestyle that involves walking, running, and biking on the beach. Jason is also a martial artist, and practices “Thai Boxing”.

John was born in Los Angeles, CA and resides in Redondo Beach, CA. John was in the military for 4 years stationed in Hawaii and made three west pacs. (Served with the marines stationed on board three separate ships traveling to several counties to provide medical care.)
John’s been married for over 25 years, has 3 adults, one is a teacher, one is a search and rescue extraordinaire, the one is a Marriage and Family Counselor. He has several grandkids a dog and a couple of fish. John and his wife Debbie exercise regularly together either in their home gym, biking or one of the trails in Los Angeles.
John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from U.O.P. John received his Health and Life insurance license in 2015. He worked at Mutual of Omaha for several years achieving several awards for his outstanding accomplishments. He has written over 400 life products through several carriers over the years.
John’s forte is establishing rapport with his clients. He has excelled at helping others most of his life from being a Navy Corpsman (similar to a paramedic) while stationed with the Marines, to his Emergency Medical Technician experience, real estate seminar experience, to presently serving clients with insurance and their Medicare needs. Mark graduated from Shadle Park high school in 1977 and attended Eastern Washington University graduating in 1987. For 36 years he worked at UPS and retired in 2014 as a division manager. In 2016 he began working for Aflac.
Mark was contacted by Michael Kurth, Bridlewood’s Agent Recruiter, and after speaking with him realized that this is a very good company, with integrity and values so he decided to join the team.
Mark joined knowing that he was going to love helping people. At Aflac he is not a salesman he is a consultant. That is the philosophy he uses when representing Bridlewood. It’s about trust and integrity.
Born and raised in Spokane Washington Mark and his family moved four times to different parts of the state during his time with UPS. Currently he still has a home in Spokane and a home in Seattle.
Mark and his wife Sharon have known each other for 41 years and been married for 39 years. They have two sons, two daughters, two grandkids, and two grand dogs. They enjoy traveling together and Mark is also an avid golfer.
Susan has degrees in Political Science and First Nation Studies from Vancouver Island University and a Masters of Business Administration from Sprott Shaw. She has been a Marketing and Sales Consultant for The Pink Page, a Print and Client Service Manager for Office Depot and a Hospitality/Patient Care Staff Supervisor
at UCSF Medical Center. Susan decided to shift gears and entered the field of Medicare Insurance with Bridlewood in 2021. She loves helping people, and thought this job would be a rewarding way to assist seniors.
Born and raised in Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada, Susan has also lived in the Bay Area of California for about 15 years of her life before moving to Tacoma, WA in September 2019. She has 2 sons, 3 grandsons and a fur baby named Jack. She loves her native culture, and can sing and dance her family’s songs. She also enjoys eagle watching during the migration season.
Lisa is a California Native, growing up in Central California until her family moved to Placerville, CA and she is proud to say she has lived in El Dorado County for the past 45 years. She has 3 adult sons and 11 grandchildren. She also has two cats, Tigger and Houdini.
She received her A.A Human Services, B.A. Social Science, M.A Career Counseling, Life and Health agent License. Lisa has been a Life agent license since 2007 and has experience selling IFP as well as Medicare insurance products with many different carriers and in 44 different states. Currently she is working in California only.
Lisa decided to work from home and for herself and felt Bridlewood would be a good fit for her. She started with Bridlewood as of May, 2022.

In her free time she enjoys tie dying, people watching, going to the ocean, listening to music, going to thrift stores, trying out new artistic endeavors such as glass blowing, painting, and pottery.
From Oregon, Kyla graduated from Insurance school over 15 years ago and believes that it was the best thing she could have ever done.
Working in the Insurance field for over 15 years in Oregon and Washington, Kyla enjoys educating people on how Medicare works including how to apply and what Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans are, and how they work.
Kyla enjoys helping her clients with all aspects of turning 65 as she has trusted resources to share with clients. She helps her clients understand what a Hospital Indemnity plan can do to help protect them from the high costs of Medicare as well as helping clients understand how Medicare works, educating them on Medicare and all the puzzle pieces.
Kyla and her husband Don have been together 11 years and married almost 8. In her free time, she liked to go golfing, stain glass, play cards, and color. Going back to the basics, being creative and childlike truly make her happy.
