Vince received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Minnesota. He has been in the insurance business for the past 10 years working for companies like Wells Fargo Business Insurance, as well as for other local agencies. Vince decided to work for Bridlewood after being introduced to one of our agents. He was amazed by the possibilities and satisfaction of helping clients navigate the confusing maze of Medicare.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Vince currently lives in the suburb of Woodbury, Minnesota. Vince enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Angie, for 25 years now. They both have a son, Justin, and a daughter, Sydney. They also have a family dog named DJ. On Vince’s free time, he loves to travel, play golf. smoke ribs and other meats on his smoker.

Arlene has resided in Minnesota for about 50 years. She has moved around but has stayed in Waterville most of the time. She has her Bachelor of Science in Business and worked at a public school for almost 25 years as a Business Manager.

Arlene started working with Bridlewood in the fall of 2017. She enjoys the business because of how rewarding it can be. She likes to help people and help them understand Medicare Insurance. Her favorite part of the job is helping others find the best policy. She is all about helping the person.

Arlene has been with her husband, Don, for over 20 years now. They have grandchildren in California, Idaho, and Utah as well. She enjoys traveling with Don to visit family and seeing many of the National Parks.

Tom is a native Minnesotan, who graduated with an AA in Marketing & Sales North Hennepin Community College and also has an Enterprise Content Management Certfication in American International Imaging Management (ECMP847567). He also served as a National Ski Patrol, and was a ski instructor with multiple first aid designations, including CPR instructor.

Tom is the President and CEO Of Insurance Solution Consultants, Inc. located in Maple Grove, MN. His brokers have a deep understanding of healthcare insurance and Medicare plans. Integrity and extensive knowledge of Medicare gives his team the ability to create immediate rapport and trust. The primary focus of Insurance Solution Consultants is to help seniors select Medicare coverage that fits their needs. They can answer your questions about Medicare Advantage plans, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug coverage, as well as Medicare Supplement plans. Tom and his team are also licensed to assist people with Special Needs and Dual Eligible individuals (people who have Medicare and Medicaid). The team is contracted with the top 10 Medicare insurance providers.

Tom’s reason for joining Bridlewood Insurance is because he felt that they shared the same core values of helping people understand their Medicare options, and always putting the client first. They take the role of consultants to their clients, listening to the questions and concerns, and then helping them select the most appropriate Medicare plan to meeting those needs. Tom’s favorite part of his job is helping people select the best healthcare plan for their situation, and the gratification it brings knowing he has served them well. His goal is to assist them by making sure they keep their desired doctors, clinics and hospitals, and that their healthcare and prescriptions are covered well at the lowest out-of-pocket cost.

Tom grew up in Golden Valley, which is a suburb of Minneapolis. He and his family currently live in Maple Grove, MN. He is married to a very special lady, Deanna. They have been blessed with six children and seven grandkids. He also has a cat named Goof (because he is quite a character). They enjoy family events, golfing, dining-out and traveling. Both Tom and Deanna are passionate about their new Harley Davidson motorcylces, and love riding!

Heather has her Associates of Applied Science in Healthcare at Minnesota School of Business, as well as her Life, Health, Property & Casualty license.  She has used her degree to further her career with 15+ years working in the patient care/healthcare setting.  She recently decided she wanted to try a new line of business, and joined her dad at Bridlewood Insurance, helping seniors with their Medicare planning.  Heather loves that she still gets to help people, because that is what she is most passionate about.  She believes that when you feel like you “get to” do your job, instead of having to or needing to, it is liberating and fulfilling.  She feels that it has really changed her whole perspective, and it makes her so grateful for the opportunities that arise.

As a lifetime resident of Minnesota (at least so far . . .), she grew up in the northwest metro area of the Twin Cities, and currently resides in Champlin, Minnesota. Heather  has been married to her incredible husband, Tim, for 13 years, but have been together for nearly 2 decades.  With their young family of 3 amazing kids, they have also added a cat, but the kids ask for a puppy every chance that they get.  They love to spend time with their family and friends, as well as travel and ALL things sports!  Heather has always been very passionate about cheerleading, and gets to continue to be involved through judging and coaching and choreographing cheer for over 15 years.  Her other love is baking and cooking, and gets to stay involved with that for family and friend, as a licensed cottage food baker.

Angela was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She currently resides in Hot Springs, Arkansas and got her High School Diploma in 2008. She decided to join Bridlewood after receiving a lot of support from the team. She really enjoys meaningful work and community involvement. Angela has pride in help people understand the benefits of having health insurance.

Angela has four children and likes to spend time with family on her free time. She enjoys traveling as well as going outdoors. Some of her favorite outdoor activities include camping and hiking.

Bailey is a firm believer in being a team player. This most likely stems from her experience competing in collegiate golf at St. Cloud State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She learned very quickly that individually you can do well, but working together, you can achieve so much more.

Today, Bailey is still a team player at Bridlewood Insurance. With her passion for people, processes and insurance, she takes pride in working with her clients, walking them step by step through the Medicare process to ensure that their unique insurance needs are met.

Outside of work you can find Bailey on the golf course with her husband Dan and two daughters, or at their cabin in northern Minnesota, enjoying the great outdoors.

Mark graduated from St. Cloud State University, with a major in business management, and a minor in marketing.  He spent 30 years as a Marketing Rep for Federated Insurance.  During his tenure he focused on helping businesses with their commercial and group health insurance.  He recently shifted that focus to Medicare specific insurance.  He specializes in helping people who are new to Medicare, although he loves working with seniors of all ages.  Mark brings value to his relationships with his clients, as he not only helps them find the most appropriate plan for their needs, but he also can help them get enrolled in Medicare, so they do not have to make a trip to the Social Security office and wait in line.  He decided to join Bridlewood Insurance once he saw how much support they provide to their agents, and make the Medicare experience enjoyable.  Mark’s goal is  to match you with a Medicare plan that you like and that fits your personal medical situation.

Mark was born and raised in Owatonna, Minnesota, and for the last 22 years he has lived in Elk River, MN.  His wife, Jodi, and he are high school sweethearts who met in the 80’s, and have been married for 33 years!  They have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren . . . for now.  He and Jodi enjoy lake life at their cabin, as well as golf, and of course spending time with their beautiful grandkids.

Peggy graduated from Atlantic High School, and attended Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny, Iowa. She has worked in various sales positions since 1995 – real estate, advertising, auto dealership sales, securities advisor and life & health insurance sales. In January 2014 she opened her own property and casualty insurance practice called Spartan Insurance, LLC. Peggy recently added Medicare Supplement and Advantage insurance plans to her portfolio of products she offers.

Kim graduated from KU School of Business with a degree in Business Administration.  She spent her last semester at KU studying international business in Paderno del Grappa, Italy. She has been in insurance since she graduated from KU. Her first job was selling life insurance and she loved it!  Kim got to talk to young families everyday that worked in mostly high risk jobs. It was so rewarding to find them the insurance they needed to feel confident that they will be safe and can survive no matter what happens in the future.  She also worked inreal estate part time while her kids were young. After that she went right back to insurance, dealing mostly in life insurance because it was her favorite, but within a few years she was doing it all. Life, Health, home and auto.  She thought she would stay in that job forever.

Several years ago Kim’s mom asked her about Medicare because she was turning 65 and thinking about retiring. She knew she needed to learn more about it so she could help her and others like her. She learned everything she could so she could help her and other friends who were aging in to medicare.  The following year she decided she only wanted to do Medicare! Seniors now are facing HUGE challenges – they are living on fixed incomes and they can’t afford everything they need. Kim felt her job helps makes a difference in their everyday lives, by making prescriptions drugs affordable, lowering their co-pays, and getting them the dental coverage and hearing aids they need. Often they have been doing without these necessities, and they are so happy to get this help they need to live a normal, healthy life. The life they deserve.  Kim knows she makes this happen everyday and she couldn’t ask for a more rewarding career.  Her favorite part of her job is improving the lives of seniors.

Kim loves spending time with her boys!  Her oldest is 20 years old and a junior at KU. He is in a fraternity and is majoring in business and finance. And her youngest is 17 and plays Lacrosse for Olathe. You can usually find her at games on the weekends or taking my oldest son out to lunch on Mass street. She loves playing Pickleball! She plays anytime she can find someone to play with her.  I’m also very into fashion and love shopping and buying trendy clothes. She is obsessed with skin care and products.  She has two dogs and she enjoys taking them for walks every day.

Michelle attended school in a small Iowa town of Carson, graduating High School in 1987. She has 20 plus years of customer service and sales experience. She has her health and life insurance license and enjoy helping clients get the best benefits available to them.

Helping those who are turning 65 that struggle with not knowing what is available learn about Medicare to feel more at ease with the process is something Michelle prides herself with doing. She wants her clients to know that she will always be there to help them with any questions they may have.

Before working for Bridlewood, Michelle was working for a small one owner insurance company that had been in business for about 3 years. She felt that she was better fitted with working with Bridlewood knowing that they put the customers best interest first. She knew she wanted to be a part of this great company.

Michelle grew up in Carson, IA. It’s a little town about 25 miles south of Council Bluffs, IA and a great place to grow up. She currently lives in Harlan, where she has enjoyed living for 9 years now.

Michelle and her husband have been together for 36 years and married 35 years. He is a great husband and father and grandfather. They have two daughters and 5 grandkids who are their world. They have a Boston Bull Terrier name Gemma who is two years old, and a Black male cat named Zyrco who is 4 years old.

Her favorite things to do is to be with family. They like to go fishing, take weekend adventures, and go searching for crystals and other beautiful and exotic rocks. They enjoy going to car shows, the Zoo, flea markets and whatever else the family may want to do. Nothing is more important than spending time with loved ones.
