Sandra was raised in a small suburb of Chicago, but when she married her husband, they decided to move to the Kenosha County area to raise their family. Her education background consists of attending Kaplan University in their insurance Studies program.

After working in the banking industry for 20 years, Sandra moved into the field of insurance. Since then, she has earned her Home and Auto Insurance license for 2 years and her Health and Life Insurance License for 1 year.

Sandra has always looked for a company that made a difference in people’s lives.  While looking for a career that does just this, she was contacted by Bridlewood Insurance.  After many conversations, and research she decided Bridlewood was the company that aligned with her personal beliefs of making a difference.

Sandra’s favorite part of the job is finding the right policy for her clients.  Insurance is not a one-size-fits-all type of product.  She believes in gaining the trust of her clients and working together to find the best policy for their individual care is the best part of the job. She believes working with clients to find the right plan is the most important part of the job.

Sandra and her husband Steve have been together for 26 years and married for 22. They have 5 children and 1 Siberian Husky named Luna. Majority of her past times involve spending time with family. Having 2 teenagers participating in sports takes up most of her spare time. She believes in going to Church and volunteering when she has the opportunity.  She also loves to travel and try new things.

Karin worked for UnitedHealthcare for almost 4 years in customer service with Medicare Advantage plans and during that time she had the unique experience of acquirning a great deal of knowledge about them and tips that can help seniors with their insurance needs.   She has her Health and Life insurance license.  Karin decided to join Bridlewood Insurance agency, because her manager is local and she provides the necessary training and support she needs.  Her philosophy is her business is based around integrity, and doing what is best for her clients every time to gain and keep their trust.

Karin is from Wisconsin, and resides in the country.  She has 6 grown children and 8 grandchildren.  She also has two dogs, a pit bull and a shepherd.  Being a fitness and health guru, she also works as a personal and fitness trainer.  In her sparetime, Karin is very into gardening and photography, and has an assortment of outside animals.

Catherine is originally from North Carolina and currently resides in Jacksonville FL. She graduated from Temple College with a Major in Computer Science. Catherine’s spouse is Pastor Sanford Stallworth.  They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.

Catherine likes playing the keyboard, creating music, crocheting, leading prayer, and teaching. She also does secretarial duties for her church.

Catherine was in the US Air Force telecommunications 8 years. She was a Network Operations engineer  for 7 years with MCI WorldCom, and worked for 14 years as a Regional Operations Manager.

After obtaining her insurance license, a friend recommended Bridlewood to her and after speaking with our agent recruiter she decided that helping people with Medicare was something she would enjoy doing.

Nicole has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, with majors in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  She worked as a regional Business Development Manager for UnitedHealthcare for more than six years, and is Health Insurance licensed in all 50 states.  She has become known amongst her colleagues as the expert on Medicare for veterans.  She also specializes in helping those who are in the process of retiring even if they are not quite of Medicare age yet.

While United Healthcare provided her a great opportunity with great training and experiences, it didn’t sit right with her to present products from only one company.  She spent a lot of time praying and reflecting and felt she was being called to become an independent broker so she could use her talent of understanding Medicare to help people choose the right plan for them, regardless of who the insurance company is.  Nicole felt like Bridlewood was a natural fit for her, with their emphasis on always putting the clients needs first. Her favorite part of what she does happens when she comes into contact with someone who is obviously overwhelmed by their Medicare options.  She loves being able to explain Medicare, ask questions, and then lay out their options in a way that makes it easy to understand and takes the burden off their shoulders. You can tell they feel so relieved after they have talked, and it’s great to know she can do that for people.

She grew up in Casco, Wisconsin and resides now in Green Bay, WI.  Nicole and her husband, Chad, have been together for 6 years and have 3 energetic boys and 2 dogs, so they are certainly never bored.  When it’s nice outside she enjoys walking through the woods with her boys and they love to spend time at the family cabin in upper Michigan. As the kids get older, more and more time is spent at flag football, soccer, t-ball, etc.

Alicia attended the University of Iowa, and graduated in 2007 with a Business Management Degree.  She worked for 8 years as a District Manager with ALDI Foods USA and started as an independent Medicare agent in 2015.  Alicia’s primary focus is on Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans.  She joined Bridlewood when a colleague of hers told her that they take great care of their agents with lots of training and support.  Her favorite part of the job is meeting people and hearing their life stories. She also loves learning about people’s hobbies. Her philosophy as it pertains to her clients is,  “I’m here to help”.

Originally from Thousand Oaks, California, Alicia currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin.  She has two children – Michael (9) and Dominic (11).  She loves traveling and is passionate about plants.  She really enjoys going to botanical gardens when she travels, and loves growing orchids.  She also enjoys rooting for her Iowa Hawkeyes during football season.

Travis has an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement from Mid-State Technical College. After being an internal Medicare tele sales Agent for 3 years at UnitedHealthcare, he decided to stop being a captive agent with one company, and become his own boss.  He joined Bridlewood so that he could offer a wide variety of Medicare products and plans, not just plans from one company.  Travis believes that Medicare is not a “one-size fits all” product, and wanted the opportunity to be able to help seniors select the most appropriate plan to meet their needs.  He specializes in Medicare Advantage and Special Needs plans.

Travis’s favorite part of working with Medicare beneficiaries, is helping people understand something that they may have struggled understanding previously. Finding new ways to explain a benefit or detail, he really enjoys watching as his clients finally “get it” and understand something that seemed so foreign and difficult before.  His philosophy is to always treat his clients like he would treat his family.

Originally from Wisconsin Rapids, Travis moved to Green Bay in 2015 before finally settling down in Clintonville, WI in 2021.  He met his wife, Hannah, in 2015 and they were married in 2018.  They have two beautiful children, Leonardo (2 years old) and Lorelai (1 year old).  They enjoy being outside with their family, going on hikes and working in their garden.  He is a diehard New York Giants fan, and when time allows, enjoys playing pickup basketball.

I started out about 15 years ago selling Life Insurance, under 65 individual Health and Medicare supplements. 2011 was the first year I started selling Medicare Advantage during AEP. Medicare Advantage plans are mainly what I focus on now, although I still help families with Final Expense and Life Insurance.

I am new to Bridlewood insurance. I have 10+ years of experience in Life, Health, and Medicare insurance. I joined Bridlewood Midwest Insurance, a family-owned agency located in Ankeny, IA. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about Medicare. I feel part of a team here. They really do care about my success as an agent.

I get to talk to and meet new people every day. I enjoy helping my clients find the right insurance solution that fits their needs. That is a very rewarding part of my job.

Originally from Davenport, IA where I currently reside. I served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force.

I love to travel anywhere there is a beach. I exercise regularly. I love spending time with family and close friends.

Erin was born in Evanston, IL. Both her parents worked for IBM, so she moved around a bunch as a child. IL – FL – NJ – NY all before she was in 3rd grade. When Erin was 8 or 9 years old, they moved to what was always their vacation home in Minocqua, WI. She never wanted to leave, she loved it here. Unfortunately, her parents divorced, and she left when she was 11 to go live with her mother in NY. She always said she would move back some day. That day came 30 years later, with her Husband, May 1st, 2022.

Erin and her husband, Frank Goodwin, met in 2013 while living in Colorado. They got married in 2018 at a destination wedding in Mexico. Frank has two kids from a prior relationship Aren (27) and Terah (25).

Erin Graduated College in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Food and Restaurant Administration. Worked her way up in the industry and after 15 years decided to make a career change.

Erin has been in the insurance business for almost 4 years. She began with cancer, heart, Stroke, chronic illness, and accidental supplement insurance. In 2020 she began to expand her book of business with Medicare Supplemental insurance. At this time, she realized how overwhelming this can be for so many folks and chose to focus all of my attention on Medicare. Everyone needs it at some point in life and she wanted to make it easy and stress free.

Erin has always been a leader, a coach, a teacher, and a trainer. She really enjoys helping others whether it be educating someone, motivating others, or a shoulder to lean on. With Medicare she can wear all these hats while building a business.

Erin has always loved the outdoors…boating, fishing, camping, hiking, cross country skiing, and so much more. Erin and her husband love to see live music, especially at outdoor venues in the summer. Music always puts a smile on her face.

Jay graduated from the University of Iowa in 2007.  He has worked in the insurance industry for over a decade, and has specialized in Medicare since 2018. He is contracted with all the major carriers in the area and offers a full range of products and services to his clients, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Special Needs Plans, Medicare/Medicaid plans, Low Income Subsidy, and Veterans Plans.

Jay decided to focus solely on Medicare because he realized how big of a demand there was for someone who can simplify the process, as well as educate and help seniors with their Medicare planning.  Jay was eager to join Bridlewood’s team of agents, due to their vision, leadership and support.  They operate with great integrity, and always keep the client’s needs as their top priority.  His favorite part of his job is sitting at a client’s kitchen table, getting to know more about them and their family, and helping them take the guesswork out of the entire process so they do not feel confused or overwhelmed. He loves helping them find the right plan that suits their needs, as well as their budget.

Jay has lived in Eastern Iowa all his life.  He was born in Iowa City, and raised in a small town called What Cheer.  He now lives in Marengo with his wife Nikki, and 3 sons – Ayson, Jaxen and Declan.  In his free time he loves spending time with his family and friends.  Their family can almost always be found outdoors, whether it’s camping, kayaking, hiking or fishing.  He also loves watching sports, and is a lifelong Hawkeye fan.

Frank is from Central Florida. A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida.

He has been in the insurance business for more than 5 years and is happy to serve families that are looking to get more out of their Medicare experience.

Franks ‘philosophy for client service is that life is only given purpose when you serve God by serving people. He is passionate about what he does, and it is his duty to be more than an agent to his clients. Frank wants to be a lifelong source of aid and resources to all those that he serves.

Frank loves reading, weightlifting, studying the Bible, walking in the park, traveling, and trying new foods.
