Eric is a Licensed Health and Life agent, who decided to add Medicare insurance to his product lineup. He has been able to help people with a broad range of insurance products, and has a passion for working with seniors. Eric specializes in Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans, with a real focus on Low Income Subsidy plans (Medicare-Medicaid). When he first met Jeff Wetzel, President and CEO of Bridlewood Insurance, Eric said he could see how genuine he was and that he had devoted his career to helping people solve their Medicare needs.

Bill McAllister has an Associates Degree in Business and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from San Jose State University. He also attended U.S. Navy Supply Group Officer School. After over 40 years in commercial furniture sales, Bill decided to switch gears and become a licensed Health and Life Insurance agent. He chose to work for Bridlewood Insurance because the company is customer-focused, and provides excellent support for it’s clients and agents.

Bill loves his new career, particularly the chance to assist his customers to make the best choice of their Medicare options. He strives to be an asset and resource that his customers can depend on.

Bill’s father was a 30 year career Air Force pilot, so they moved frequently, residing in Texas, New Mexico, Ohio and California while he was growing up. He also joined the U.S. Navy and was a Supply Corps Officer on a destroyer stationed in San Diego for 5 years. Bill and his wife, Angie, have been married for 42 years, and have 2 wonderful kids – Patrick and Michelle. They also have a granddaughter named Olivia, that they love to spoil. Bill’s interests are golfing, snorkeling, gardening, traveling and participating in his church group.

Gloria Janco of Lake Insurance is a seasoned Employee Benefits professional with over 27 years of experience. A successful bilingual Independent insurance agent with a focus on Medicare, individual life and group employee benefit portfolios. Gloria works closely with partner Carol Chamberlin to help clients understand and navigate through the complex world of insurance we live in today.

Amanda attended Torrey Pines High School in San Diego, CA.  She then went on to further her education at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she obtained her BA in International Affairs and International Spanish.  She is currently enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America, working towards her Master’s in Professional Studies in Food Business.  She has been the Restaurant Manager at Charles + Dinorah at The Pearl Hotel, and before that she was the Marketing Director at City Consulting Group.  Amanda’s husband’s cousin, Jay Gray, is an agent manager with Bridlewood, and he gave her the opportunity to join his team.   She is driven by a desire to help others and really enjoys spending time with seniors, which compelled her to seek out a specialization in Medicare. Amanda positions herself as a trusted ally to her clients, in ensuring a healthy and prosperous life.

Amanda was born in San Diego, and after attending college in Boulder, Colorado, and teaching English in Madrid, Spain, she returned to San Diego to embark on her professional career.   She lived in University Heights for almost 10 years, and then in 2020 moved to the beautiful neighborhood of Bay Park.  Her husband’s name is Paul, but he goes by Paulie.  He’s from western Massachussets, and they got married in the beautiful Berkshires near his hometown in 2017.  She is a step-mother to his beautiful 17 year old daughter Peyton. They also have a loving Goldendoodle named Elliot.  Amanda enjoys cooking, eating, dining out and basically all things food!   She loves the arts, from theater to music to film, and is a frequent podcast and audiobook listener.   She loves puzzles and games, and any kind of playful group activity. Spending quality time at home with her family and friends, or traveling to a favorite nearby destination, like Valle de Guadalupe or Palm Springs, is always a thrill.

Jim began his insurance career in early 1978, shortly after graduating with a BA in Recreation Administration from SDSU.  Jim also has a Masters of Religious Studies from So. CA Bible College & Seminary.  He has his life, health and disability insurance licenses, and holds a CLU and ChFC designations.  Jim was introduced to Bridlewood Insurance in 2015, through mutual friend and colleague, Kent Hildebrand.

Jim’s business philosophy is, “as your insurance and benefits consultant, YOU become my top priority”.  He has built his success on the three C’s – Client service, Competence and Clarity.  Jim offers his clients Medicare supplement plans, advantage plans and prescription drug coverage.

As a Medicare beneficiary himself, Jim especially understands the perspective of those navigating the Medicare maze and is uniquely qualified to serve as your advocate and cut through the confusion.

Jim moved to San Diego in 1965.  Jim and his wife have five adult children and 5 grandchildren that they love spending time with.  Jim is a long time surfer and enjoys San Diego’s surf spots and getting outdoors in his hometown of Coronado.

Jose has an AA in Nuclear Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing.  He used those degrees to build a thriving career in medical sales for over 40 years.  Those sales included Nuclear Medicine, MRI, Cardiac CT, Gamma Knife, Cyberknife and Linear Accelerators.  After Jose retired in 2017, he decided that a great segue would be to carry over his medical knowledge into a field where he would be able to help people with their health care concerns, and Medicare seemed to be the perfect fit for him.

He specializes in educating people about the various plans that are available to them, such as Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug and Supplement plans.   Jose started at Bridlewood in 2018 because he was looking for a client-centric, fast growing and dynamic company.  He loves helping clients find the Medicare plan that best fits their medical and financial needs.

Jose was born and raised in El Salvador, Central America, but has  been a resident of California for over 50 years.  He lives in Lake Forest with his wife of 44 years, Paty, and their two children, Jessica and Jonathan.  Jose likes to get his daily exercise by swimming, bike riding and playing pickle ball or tennis.

Susan and Richard are a husband & wife team serving the South Orange County area. Richard is a native southern Californian, and Susan moved to California from New York. Susan got her degree from Pace University, NY and Richard graduated from Newport University, CA.

They have been together for over 30 years, and their backgrounds have always been in Sales, Finance and Management.  They both had highly successful careers as managers in the tech world (Silicon Valley).  Upon relocating to Orange County, they decided to channel that expertise and background to support their Medicare clients.  They have both been working in the insurance industry for over 14 years.  Their goals are to offer first class service by advising the client of the Medicare options available to them, and making sure that the client feels they are a top priority!!  They were introduced to Bridlewood Insurance over 5 years ago, and really like being part of such a highly regarded and recognized agency.

In their time off, they enjoy travel, music and golf.

Leticia has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  She has over 10 years in the insurance field, dealing with Life, Health and Medicare insurances.  Leticia loves helping people, and being certain all their needs are met.

She resides in Palmdale, California with her husband Alejandro, whom she has been married to for 44 years.  They have four adult children, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-granddaughters.  Leticia is one of 12 director’s for the Antelope Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and sewing.

Martha received her B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly, Pomona.  She has held various roles in the Information Technology industry, with her most recent position being the Director of the Project Management Office for the County of Orange.  She has been a Medicare specialist for several years, and enjoys her new career.

With a B.S. in Animal Science and a minor in Business Management, Andree spent the majority of her career running her own business and excelling by offering her clients superior customer service.  Some of her experience included operating a successful franchise, serving as a client advocate for a global laboratory, and managing claims as an assistant for a nationally recognized insurance company.  Raised with the principles of honesty, a good work ethic, and compassion, Andree is able to incorporate these values into her work as a Medicare Agent.
