Scott received his BA at Cal State University, Chico, with a broadcast journalism major.  He has been Insurance licensed since 2006, and is Life, Annuity, Health, Medicare and Long-Term Care certified.   Scott specializes in those people who are Turning 65, and those who are over 65, who are still employed or with a working spouse.
