I was somewhat apprehensive about transitioning from my work related health insurance to Medicare. Vicky was outstanding - she explained each option clearly and pointed exactly where all the information I needed was. She went over everything and answered all of my questions. She provided a nice pouch where to keep all the information organized. She is friendly, professional and works with a spirit of service. I waited until the deadline and was having trouble choosing a plan. After receiving a mailer from Ms Braden and many others, I reached out to Vickie. She responded that day and in 2 days she was at my home helping me review the various options and completing the applications. When I had further questions she always responded immediately. My husband switched plans because of the attention given by Ms Braden. Transitioning into retirement, medicare and social security, it is comforting to know that you actually have a conscientious broker looking out for you. Vickie is an excellent communicator who always kept me apprised of each step along the way. It was so comforting to know that I was being taken care of and did not have to worry about the complicated process of signing up and transitioning into medicare.
