Susan and Richard are a husband & wife team serving the South Orange County area. Richard is a native southern Californian, and Susan moved to California from New York. Susan got her degree from Pace University, NY and Richard graduated from Newport University, CA.
They have been together for over 30 years, and their backgrounds have always been in Sales, Finance and Management. They both had highly successful careers as managers in the tech world (Silicon Valley). Upon relocating to Orange County, they decided to channel that expertise and background to support their Medicare clients. They have both been working in the insurance industry for over 14 years. Their goals are to offer first class service by advising the client of the Medicare options available to them, and making sure that the client feels they are a top priority!! They were introduced to Bridlewood Insurance over 5 years ago, and really like being part of such a highly regarded and recognized agency.
In their time off, they enjoy travel, music and golf.

Richard and Suzy White are such an amazing team! They immediately had us both feeling at ease and were so knowledgeable, addressing every question and concern that we had. They check on us and are always available for the myriad of questions we tend to come up with. Their level of service DID NOT change even after we were insured! Met Susan and Richard at a health fair in Laguna Woods. I had just moved to this area and they gave information on plans I was eligible for plus the fact that I could sign up for new plan without waiting till the end of the year. They came to my residence with all the information and paperwork and I signed up for a plan they recommended. Since then (over a year} they have been extremely helpful in returning my calls and providing any information and help I needed.

We moved to a mobile home park in Huntington Beach two years ago. We needed to change our health insurance plans. We didn�t know many people down here and were somewhat at a loss for contacts. One day there was a seminar in our clubhouse that Susan was hosting about seniors and health insurance. We went over to meet her and hit it off. We have been pleased with Susan and Richard and their understanding of the market. Recently we all four of us went out for dinner and we had a good time. We came to California from Florida in 2014 and met Susan and Richard at a health fair. I knew there were so many companies and policies choices that I knew I would not be doing myself justice in reviewing and selecting my best choice. They were very personable so we met at our home and conversed as to our situation to determine our best insurance options. We met again shortly thereafter, again at our home, and were presented with a variety of choices. Together we analyzed each option and made the choice that was best suited for us.. Fortunately we made the right decision as I subsequently had some major health issues and the insurance part of my situation could not have been easier. Any question I have ever had was immediately addressed with one phone call. I cannot recommend Susan and Richard highly enough.
