After retirement Norm started a second career in the health insurance business. During the past 10 years Norm has narrowed his insurance focus and specialized in Medicare Plans. He enjoys working with people and helping them as they navigate through the many nuances of Medicare Programs. Norm had a long career in hi-tech manufacturing and took early retirement from Memorex, where he was World Wide Operations Manager responsible for plants throughout Europe, Japan, and Taiwan.
Norm Cruz attended Purdue University and is a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with degrees in Chemistry, Mathematics, as well as Chemical Engineering. Norm is assisted in his business by his wife SaDonna and son David.

I met Norm in 1998 when I was 64 years old. He was sitting at a card table in a large store introducing people to MEDICARE. I explained that I was going to sign up when I was 67 years old. He smiled and said he would see me then. He has been my insurance agent ever since my enrollment in 2002. A very knowledgeable and focused person. He has a GREAT sense of humor. His guidance has been very beneficial to ALL of his clients.
