Luke started his career in the insurance industry in 2017 as a customer service rep at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency in Carlsbad, CA. After learning the fundamentals of homeowners insurance, he began to help with underwriting tasks and slowly realized that underwriting is not really the best fit for his people-person, networking personality. In 2018, Luke respectfully resigned from Arrowhead and took a position as a Producer with Craft Guard Insurance Services in Oceanside, CA and began to learn commercial insurance (General Liability, Worker’s Comp, Commercial Auto, Bonds, etc.). He learned so much working there, and because of that experience he felt confident enough to venture into the world of insurance as an Independent Agent/Broker. Full of excitement, Luke began his onboarding with Orr and Associates as a licensed independent insurance broker for commercial P&C in January 2020. In 2023 he expanded his expertise to include Medicare in addition to P&C and Life, proudly working with Bridlewood Insurance.
