This place rocks! My husband and I were very overwhelmed with trying to wade through the convoluted mess that is signing up for Medicare and getting all the right parts and a good advantage plan... We just relocated to CA & were overwhelmed by all the choices on the Covered California website. Multiple health insurance companies, levels of insurance, medical groups, deductables, co-pays, co-insurance, etc, etc. We felt like we had to make this critical decision about our health insurance coverage without really understanding everything. That is, until we were lucky enough to be referred to Lauren literally two days before we had to make a decision for our 2022 health insurance. When we called Lauren she was kind, professional and patient as she explained everything to us in an easy to understand way. She also made recommendations based on our specific situation & got everything done in 1 phone call. The decision we made for the health insurance company that are using and the level that we decided on was actually very different than what we were leaning towards before we spoke to her. We feel confident in our choice, thanks to Lauren. We give her 5 stars because that is the most we can give, would give more if we could! Thank you, Lauren.
