Herman started working in the Medicare space because his parents needed help. He soon realized too many Medicare patients are misled and often uninformed. Herman views himself as a constant student of Medicare so he can always be prepared to provide quality service to his clients.

Medicare, Part D, Medical Advantage, Medicare Supplements and Medi-Medi plans require a thoughtful, patient approach and Herman focuses on attention to detail with his clients and provides an opportunity for them to make a well-informed decision when it comes to the quality of their health benefits through Medicare.

Herman has experience with Life and Health Insurance, has been a Medicare Agent since 2015 and is licensed in multiple states. He has over 30 years of leadership, management, and consulting background that provides a perfect compliment to the concierge, patient, client centric approach taken with every client.

Herman is a U.S. Army Veteran with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Human Resources. He has over 30 years of Higher Education leadership as a College President, Regional and National Director of College Admissions. In 2023, he became a published author and began working on his second book. Herman uses this experience and expertise to guide his decision making throughout the client’s experience. He began working in Medicare because of personal family needs. He stays in Medicare because his clients deserve the same level of respect, service and focus on their needs.

Herman is married to Cathy, and they have 4 children. Benjamin lives in Bali, Indonesia. His daughter Sarah lives in Phoenix and has made him a grandfather twice with her amazing husband Rory. Herman has a set of 17-year-old twins, Jaydon and Isabelle who are High School seniors this year and college bound in the fall of 2024. Herman is a public speaker, author, huge foodie, and continuously an enthusiastic, optimistic student of life. He is engaged in the college search for the twins and working on being a great husband, father and grandfather. Life is about memory moments so he works to ensure he doesn’t miss those simple opportunities where he can create them with family.
