Frank is originally from New York, but has lived in San Diego County for over 50 years. He attended Brigham Young University where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Frank has a tremendous amount of experience in the healthcare industry, and he has held health and life insurance licenses for over 40 years.  He specializes in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Medi-Medi plans throughout San Diego and all of California.  One of Frank’s favorite parts of his job is he enjoys educating seniors on their options and showing them how they can get better benefits and lower their healthcare costs.

Frank has 5 children and 11 grandchildren.  In his spare time he enjoys fishing and gardening.
