Medicare: I will guide you through the process.

Bob successfully owned and managed a commercial air conditioning company with three partners for 25 years and sold it in 2014. He was originally licensed to sell Medicare Insurance in California in 2017. Bob began his insurance career and became an independent Medicare agent, and after meeting with another Bridlewood agent, seeing her excitement about the Company’s professionalism, ethics and training, it was clear that their philosophy, professionalism and commitment to assist Medicare clients matched his values. Bob joined the Bridlewood team shortly thereafter. Bob offers many Medicare products, but specializes in Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans and Prescription Drugs Plans.

Bob was born in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Cleveland State University with a major in business/marketing. He moved to California in 1976. He absolutely loves living in North County, San Diego, Vista area. He enjoys helping people in this community and enjoys participating in many of the activities that San Diego County offers. Bob has two wonderful children. Scott is finishing his bachelor’s degree in business, and he enjoys disk golf and traveling. He recently returned home from a month-long trip with his girlfriend, Hannah, from Thailand. Claire received her bachelor’s degree in business from Portland State University. She is a manager at a well-established business in Lincoln, CA. Claire just adopted a cute little puppy named Rvca, and Lula, his 11-year-old granddaughter, loves playing with the puppy.

Bob has been a volunteer for Big Brothers, Little Brothers, for 32 years, and he volunteers at numerous theaters around the San Diego area. He is a certified scuba diver, and he has been on numerous dives around a variety of tropical islands. He is also an avid fisherman. Bob enjoys making fishing rods and using them on Southern California lakes and the Alpine Lakes in the Sierra Nevada mountains. He frequently kayaks at the Oceanside Harbor, nearby lakes and the lagoons in San Diego County. Bob also enjoys painting landscapes and waterscapes on canvas.

Bob is fortunate to have had the benefit of having three wonderful business mentors in his past, and his “pay it forward” is to mentor others. Throughout his entire career, he has helped people solve issues that concerned them. Typically, if you’re not in the Medicare business, it’s a little daunting to figure out the different plans and decipher which one would best fit your needs. Bob enjoys helping people navigate through the various plan selection processes and being available to them to answer any questions and explain the plan benefits throughout the year.
