My name is Tia – I am a licensed Health Insurance Agent Specializing in Medicare ADVANTAGE plans. I am Also Commissioned with the state of Wisconsin as A Notary Public/ Loan Signing Agent, so this makes me familiar with different state laws, requirements, and contracts.

I have 15+ years of experience as a well-ranged customer service representative. I spent 7 years as a Certified Nursing Representative/ CBRF worker, so this experience has helped me to understand and work with people on a deeper level and allows them to trust me with a part of their care plan. I was a Table Games dealer for 5 years ( blackjack and roulette ), so I’m always upbeat and making sure that my customers stay engaged in the process. I am also a Notary that specializes in Refinance and purchasing Reverse Mortgage loans.

I am a single mother of 5, so this has led me to want to become more independent in my career to spend more time with my family while maintaining a comfortable life for us and those to come after I leave this earth.

My favorite part about being an Insurance Broker is that I get to help people with the thing that matters the most when it comes to Health Care in this day and age, the payment Method!! 9/10 people are not educated on things that are offered to them and aren’t able to see the proper care physician because of payment or not having a way to the doctor. I can educate people on the benefits that are available at no cost to them, which will actually help them with the day-to-day activities in their lives.

I enjoy spending time with my children. We go on nature walks often and I teach them about Meditation and keeping your energy grounded. I’m what you could call a hippie of sorts. I love music, hiking, painting, dancing, and teaching my children about God and our ancestors. My newfound passion is traveling, I prefer to drive because there’s more to see and appreciate and I meet more people that way.
