MJ Heins comes from a medical practice background.  She spent 15 years managing a variety of medical practices and served as the president of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association during that time.  She has exclusively helped people with all aspects of Medicare for a dozen years.

MJ starts at the very beginning with her Medicare clients – analyzing whether they should stay on their employer plan or move to Medicare.  She also actively assists clients with their A&B enrollment before enrollment in either a supplement + Rx or Medicare Advantage.

MJ’s clients appreciate her independence in helping them discern the best match for their lifestyle, health, and finances.

She is dedicated to education and continuing support of clients in the ever-changing Medicare landscape.

MJ is a Minnesota native where everyone learns 4-part harmony to get through the winters.  After gaining her Education degree from Gustavus Adolphus and doing a stint with Youth for Christ, she punched her Minnesota exit visa and has lived in SE Denver for decades.

MJ’s interests include biking, scuba diving, singing (especially barbershop and worship) and working with her favorite non-profit, CrossPurpose, which helps people escape poverty through personal and career development.
