Upon graduating from High School, Eduardo attended Cabrillo College and earned his Associates Degree.  He then applied to the State University, but wasn’t really sure which direction to go with his studies and he really felt that he needed more life experience first.  That is when he decided to join the Americorps National Civilian Community Corps, and upon completing his nine months of service, he moved to New York City and never looked back.  In New York he completed 16 years of service working as an Eligibility Specialist and a Community Liaison for the NYC Dept. of Social Services Medical Assistance Program.  This experience provided him with the background that he needed to begin his career in Medicare, specializing in Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, as well as Long Term Care insurance. Eduardo is passionate about helping people and making a profound difference in their lives.  He understands that each client is unique and has different needs and goals from the next person.

After living 20 years in NYC, in 2017 Eduardo decided to return to the Central Coast of California, where he grew up.  He enjoys traveling, scuba diving and exercising and internal martial arts.
